These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the para777 platform, which includes the website, mobile application and all services provided under the para777 brand. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the para777 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms is considered acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms should be read together with the para777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guide, all of which form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

Users must meet the following requirements to register and use the para777 platform:

• Aged 21 and above at the time of registration
• Not listed among persons prohibited by local law from participating in gambling activities
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any gambling platform
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

para777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of an identity card (MyKad), supporting documents or proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account at para777. Multiple account registrations by the same user are considered a serious violation of these terms.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party
• para777 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our 24/7 support team immediately
• Personal information registered must be accurate, current and reflect your true identity

para777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating any provision in these terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats.

The para777 platform provides various deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

Withdrawal Processing Time:

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. This period may vary depending on verification requirements and account compliance status.

All deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes only. para777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method must match the registered name on your para777 account.

para777 offers various bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and the specific rules of each offer.

Welcome Bonus:

• Offer: 200% first deposit bonus up to RM500
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Another example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

para777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus-related funds.

para777 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, sports betting and esports. Each category has specific rules that must be followed.

• All slot and casino games use a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG)
• Results of completed games are final and cannot be altered
• Sports bets are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules, including settlement methods for postponed or cancelled matches
• For mix parlay, all selections must win for the bet to succeed. Cancelled matches will be counted as automatic winners with odds of 1.00
• para777 reserves the right to void bets or games affected by technical errors or incorrect pricing

para777 VIP consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% to 1.0% depending on the tier. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty on the platform.

para777 users are required to behave fairly and honestly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software or tools (bots) to play or analyse games
• Collusion between players to cheat in live casino or poker games
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Attempting to breach para777's security systems or servers
• Making suspicious financial transactions or those linked to illegal activities
• Sharing login details or allowing others to use your account
• Registering a new account to avoid an existing ban

para777 uses an advanced detection system to identify suspicious behaviour. Any violation may result in account closure, fund freezing and legal action where necessary.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Valid balances will be returned once all wagering requirements have been met and compliance checks are complete.

para777 reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age
• Provision of false information or documents during registration or verification
• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Request from a competent authority

For the self-exclusion programme, users who choose to self-exclude will not be able to re-register before the exclusion period ends. para777 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will process each request promptly.

In all circumstances, para777's total liability will not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

para777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to users via:

• In-platform notice upon login
• Email to your registered address
• Update of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the para777 platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you may close your account before they take effect.
